We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 5 days after receiving your order. If 5 days have passed since the date of receipt of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Home Delivery
To ensure the quality of our deliveries, they will be carried out by the carrier CTT, a leader in the transport sector. The expected home delivery time is 15 to 25 working days.
If we are unable to deliver to your address, CTT will contact you to explain what to do. If this happens, we will notify you in one of the following ways:
- They leave a notice in your mailbox;
- Send an SMS or an email.
In the notice they send you, you have information about:
- The CTT Contact Point where you should go to collect the mail or parcel that we were unable to deliver;
- The deadline by which you must make the withdrawal.
In some cases, you may change the delivery location and/or date after you have received our notice.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must contain the original label.
The item must be in its original packaging.
If the item has any defects.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will only refund the amount if the stipulated delivery period (4-6 weeks) passes.
We do not accept returns if the item does not fit. Please refer to the size guide .
After placing the order, you will be informed of the delivery time. We will not issue refunds if you do not want to wait.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange something for the same item due to a defect, please email us at ultimate.sportsfan24@gmail.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.
